Your Well-being Isn’t a Luxury — It’s Vital

$200 / 50-minute session
Therapy for clients in MD and coaching worldwide
Like many specialty providers, I don’t work with insurance—and that’s intentional. Private pay offers you more privacy, flexibility, and control over your care.
I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for mothers navigating financial stress. If cost is a barrier, let’s talk. No shame — just support.
More on how this works (and how to get reimbursed) in the FAQs below.
FAQs
I’m an out-of-network provider meaning I don’t partner with insurance. But good news — many plans cover 60–80% of therapy sessions. You pay up front, and I’ll give you everything you need to get reimbursed (or I’ll handle it for you through Mentaya).
Check your out-of-network benefits below:
Mentaya is a platform I use to help you get reimbursed for therapy — without the hassle.
It’s perfect for you if you:
Have out-of-network mental health benefits
Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance paperwork
Tried submitting claims before with little success
Just want to focus on your healing — not chasing insurance reps
You can check your out-of-network benefits in minutes using Mentaya’s free benefits checker.
Here’s how it works:
You sign up for Mentaya (quick + free)
I enter your sessions into the platform
Mentaya submits and tracks your claims, handling denials + follow-up
Reimbursement comes directly to you (check or direct deposit)
Mentaya normally takes a small percentage of what you’re reimbursed — but I cover that fee, so the service is completely free for you.
I don’t make a dime off this. I just want you to get the care you deserve, without the paperwork headache.
I accept all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards, because mental health care is health care. You can use your HSA and FSA like a credit card at checkout.
Payments are processed at the time of your session, so there’s no fuss, no chasing invoices — just a smooth process to keep the focus where it belongs: on you.
Coaching is a private-pay service, which means it’s not covered or reimbursable by insurance. That said, many clients appreciate the flexibility it offers—no diagnosis, no restrictions, and no insurance red tape.
You’ll pay upfront for each session, and I accept all major credit cards through a secure client portal. You’re welcome to book sessions as needed or reach out about ongoing support.
Therapy is ideal if you’re navigating deeper emotional pain — like postpartum rage, trauma, identity loss, anxiety, or shame. We explore what’s underneath, with space to feel and process.
Coaching is best if you’re looking for clarity, structure, and forward movement — especially around boundaries, burnout, or reconnecting with your goals.

You’ll be supported emotionally and practically — through both chaos and clarity.

Yes. Whether therapy or coaching, our work is private and protected by strong ethical and legal standards.
I don’t provide emergency or crisis services.
If you need immediate help, please call 911 or text 988 for the 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line (U.S.-based support).
As of January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost.
Under U.S. law, healthcare providers must give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including therapy.
You’ll receive a personalized estimate before we begin working together. This will include:
The cost of each session
The frequency of sessions (typically weekly or biweekly)
An estimated total for 12 months of care (adjustable as your needs evolve)
This is not a bill — it’s simply a tool for clarity. If you receive a bill at least $400 more than the estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
