You already understand a lot about yourself.

And still, something isn’t shifting the way you expected.

Hi, I'm Aubrey (she/her)

I work with women and mothers who are used to functioning through overwhelm, staying composed, and carrying more than most people realize.

Many are insightful and deeply self-aware.

But in the moments that matter most, they still find themselves shutting down, overthinking, reacting quickly, or feeling emotionally flooded.

That’s the place I’m most interested in working.

How I Work

My approach is experiential and grounded in what’s happening in the moment.

We’re not just talking about your patterns after the fact. We’re paying attention to them as they unfold in real time.

I’m listening not only to what you’re saying, but how it’s happening.
Where things speed up.
Where you move into your head.
Where something gets skipped over or pushed past.

Together, we slow things down enough to notice what’s underneath the reaction, rather than immediately trying to fix it or push through it. That’s where something begins to shift.

I’m less interested in surface-level coping strategies and more focused on helping you understand what your emotions and patterns are actually responding to.

Because when that becomes clearer, you can begin responding with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.

We also make space for the expectations and pressures that have shaped what you’ve been carrying, especially the ways women are often taught to overfunction or hold everything together at the expense of themselves.

This work is thoughtful, honest, and deeply human.

You don’t need perfect insight or the right words to begin.
You need a space where you can stop performing, reconnect with yourself, and finally exhale.
